For the price, this Elite Gourmet convection oven is impressive. I've been using it for about two weeks now and it's really upped my cooking game. The convection feature works like a charm, ensuring even baking on both top and bottom racks.

What I loved most was how quickly it heated up; it saved me time and patience when I needed to whip up a quick dinner after work. However, I did notice that the interior light could be a tad brighter for better visibility inside the oven. But overall, at $124.99, this oven offers great bang-for-buck value.
