Compared to pricier options, the Elite Gourmet EBM8103B was a steal at under seventy bucks. It's not flashy, but it gets the job done and then some. I've been using it for three weeks now, making bread almost daily, and it's been a real game-changer.

What I loved most was how versatile it is. Nineteen functions? That's just crazy! From basic white to whole wheat, gluten-free, even jam - it all turned out fantastic. And the three loaf sizes were perfect for accommodating my family's needs.
