As someone perpetually juggling deadlines and shoots, I appreciated this lens's compact size and light weight - it's a breeze to carry around all day. The zoom range was impressive too, capturing everything from group shots at 420mm to close-ups at 800mm. However, manual focus can be fiddly; my OCD kicks in trying to get that perfect sharpness. But hey, for the price and portability, it's a worthy addition to my kit when I need to travel light.
