Not gonna lie, I almost didn't buy this Dyson V8 Plus. I've been burned before by cordless vacuums that lost their suction after a few uses and took forever to charge. But my old vacuum was on its last legs, so I figured I'd give it a shot.

I've been pleasantly surprised. The suction is still strong three weeks in, even on my medium-pile carpets. My favorite feature? The easy-empty dustbin. No more wrestling with bags or filters like with my previous vacuum. One press of a button and the dirt's gone.
