Finally replaced my beat-up old pans with these DIIG beauties and I'm glad I did! The granite coating is seriously impressive - eggs slide right off like they're on an icy slope. I've had no-stick pans before but this is next level. They heat evenly too, no more burnt edges.

Only minor gripe is that the handles get pretty hot, so I've taken to using a kitchen towel while cooking. But hey, it's a small price to pay for such a great set at this price point.
