As someone always short on time and cooking solo most nights, I've found this DaTerra Cucina pan a real game-changer. The non-stick is truly exceptional; I've made everything from fried eggs to sticky rice without any issues, with no oil necessary. It's so smooth that cleanup takes seconds – even without soap!

However, the handle got quite hot when cooking at high heat for extended periods. I'd prefer if it were better insulated or had a silicone cover for safer gripping while barehanded. That said, I simply use an oven mitt for those times, which hasn't slowed me down much. Overall, this pan has earned its place as my go-to for quick and easy meals on the fly.
