We go through kettles quickly in our house – between my wife's herbal teas and my morning coffee routine, it feels like we're constantly boiling water. So when I spotted this COSORI Electric Gooseneck Kettle, I thought it might be worth a shot.

First off, the temperature presets are a game-changer.

I'm not much of an early bird, but my coffee sure is – having the perfect temp for pour-over at 200°F with just a tap made mornings a lot easier.

The gooseneck spout took some getting used to, though. It's precise, which is great for my wife's delicate teas, but it means I sometimes ended up pouring way too slow – not ideal when you're rushing to get the kids off to school.
