The Breville BMO870BSS's tri-mode functionality intrigued me; I tested each feature separately and in combination over three weeks. The microwave heated evenly, thanks to its turntable and sensor technology. Air frying produced crispy food with minimal oil, while convection cooking yielded even browning. However, the air fryer's capacity is somewhat limited for larger dishes due to its size. My favorite aspect was the Element iQ feature, which automatically adjusts power levels based on the selected mode, ensuring optimal cooking results each time. Overall, it's a versatile addition to my kitchen, despite the minor size constraint in air frying.
