I was skeptical at first, expecting these knives to be flimsy given their affordable price. But after using them daily for two weeks, I'm pleasantly surprised by how sturdy they are. The 3.5-inch blade is perfect for precision tasks like peeling and slicing small fruits and vegetables. My favorite part is the comfortable, ergonomic handle; it's not too big or too small, and my hand doesn't cramp even after extended use.

However, I did notice that the smallest knife in the set (2.5 inches) feels a bit too tiny for most tasks; I found myself reaching for one of the larger knives instead. But overall, for the price, these BEWOS paring knives are excellent value and have become my go-to kitchen companions.
