My favorite aspect is the easy-clean feature; even after baking intricate desserts, a simple soak and wipe-down suffices. However, while the quality is commendable, I noticed that some pieces, like the larger cookie sheets, could benefit from handles slightly wider for better grip during oven retrieval. Overall, though, this set has made my weekly meal preps more efficient and enjoyable.
