I was skeptical at first - could this $40 rice cooker really live up to its promises? Well, after three weeks of testing, I'm pleasantly surprised. The AROMA Professional Digital Rice Cooker is a solid little appliance that makes perfectly fluffy white rice every time. My favorite feature is the delay timer; I can set it in the morning and come home to freshly cooked rice - what's not to love? However, the steam tray could be a bit bigger for larger vegetables like sweet potatoes. Other than that, this multicooker is an excellent addition to my kitchen countertop.
