Its sleek design and pot-style cooking appealed to me, promising better flavor retention than basket-style steamers. After a few weeks of use, I'm impressed with its performance. The stainless steel inner pot distributes heat evenly, ensuring perfectly cooked rice every time. My favorite feature is the included steaming tray, which allows for cooking multiple dishes simultaneously. However, while the 14-cup capacity seems ample, I found that it's slightly less when filled to the 'cooked' line, leaving little room for expansion during cooking. Despite this minor critique, the Aroma Housewares cooker has become a staple in my kitchen, delivering consistently delicious results with minimal effort.
