Our Experience
After using this Aootek solar motion sensor light for a few weeks, I've found it to be an efficient addition to my porch lighting. The wide-angle illumination has been particularly useful; it lights up my entire pathway as soon as I approach, making my late-night returns home safer and more convenient. The sensor's sensitivity is impressive too, detecting me even from quite a distance. However, the light seems to dim slightly after about two hours of continuous use on cloudy days. Nonetheless, it's still bright enough for most purposes, and the rechargeable lithium battery has held up well so far. Overall, a practical buy for anyone looking for a reliable solar-powered security light.

I've had these for over a year on the side of my house so they turn on when my pups go out there to use the restroom. They're still working perfectly! They are bright. Also, they turn on right away even with 9 lb pups on the ground setting them off.
Satisfied as of 2 weeks of purchase.All units worked on arrival. All units working after several rainstorms. Motion detection is good. Mode button on the front is much better design than past units. Units are smaller than previous models and the angle of the motion detection bubble is less pronounced so you may need to mount higher for full detection angles. All mounting hardware was in the box. The light brightness is perfect for my needs.Earlier models of this unit lasted several years for me.
I was impressed with the quality lighting and brightness for such small lamps. I would have rated it a full 5 stars, however, in less than a years time, one of the lamps 'took' in water from the rain and burned out.... other than that, they work as claimed to do!
The price was good. The lights work great. Turns on at a good distance from the light and stays on an appropriate amount of time before going off. I like that it has 3 different modes for different needs. The lights came on the day thatThey were to come. The lights are much brighter than I thought they would be.
Bought these on a deal. Put them above every door and garage. These are perfect. Walking around house now every few steps lights up like daylight. Allows you to enter doors now in light. Very Brite lights and put out nice spray of light into yard. Easy to mount and motion is fast
