I needed to extend the WiFi coverage and this did the job great. Initially I got an eero7, although theoretically it should have been faster, the dual band WiFi was hindering performance. With this eero 6e tri band I am getting way faster WiFi speeds at 1.5Gbps vs 600Mbps on the 7. And it was cheaper than the 7! If you are in a WiFi congested area or have a lot of interference the triband is the way to go; so long as your devices can utilize it. Setup was almost non existent. Plugged it in and t
Previously just had the standard wifi router provided by ATT with fiber connection. It was fine really but some parts of the house lacked good signal. Purchased the 6 Pro E and put the ATT router in bridge mode, the Eero instructions on doing that were perfect and it worked. The 6 Pro E was up and running in minutes and did it's own software updated immediately. These routers are amazing and easy to install! We installed 3 in our house, to replace a cheaper system that just didn’t work well. In the furthest points of the house, we went from spotty connections of less than 50 Mbps, to solid 175-225 Mbps+ connections! Can’t recommend them highly enough. Worth every extra penny compared to any others I’ve used!
