Look, I'll be honest, I was skeptical about the Echo Show 21 at first - seemed like a big, expensive kitchen gadget. But after using it daily for weeks, I'm impressed. The size is perfect; recipes pop right off the screen, and watching videos while cooking doesn't strain my eyes. My favorite feature? Using it as a family calendar hub. Everyone can see what's on for the day at a glance.

I've had so many Echos over the years, beginning with the 1st Gen, can't live without them anymore since so much of our home is Alexa connected. I originally got a refurbished 1st Gen Echo Show 15", not knowing the 2nd gen was coming out. We have multiple Echos. We love the new Echo 15! It is the best of both worlds. As an Echo it is efficient and the voice quality is great. It responds quickly and on target. As a TV it is great. The picture is beautiful and it is easy to use. I am so happy with the Echo 15 Gen 2. It delivers! I definitely would recommend it. We also bought the stand. It was pricey but worth it. It is very sturdy and works well. It's also very compatible with the echo. Looks sleek and attractive.
I had no space in my kitchen counter so I needed a wall mounted screen for menu planning and keeping up with reminders and grocery lists. No I can be at the store and pull up my shopping list from my phone Alexa App and never forget my list at home. I just announce to add something to my grocery list when busy in the kitchen and it’s done. I don't know what all the complaints are - I've had every Echo Show made and this thing is awesome. It is complex and will take while to learn all of the capabilities - but...I have read so may complaints about it wont do this or it only does that - but that's not true at all. It's NOT perfect , but it's a GREAT improvement over everything in the past. I love it and look forward to learning to use it better than I can now. Surprisingly heavy. Good picture quality. Good audio as well. Might get easier to manipulate in time. A work in progress. Touch screen makes using the (supplied) wall mount a head scratcher. It appears to be very well made.
