This is exactly what I needed! I've been on the hunt for a reliable toaster and this Amazon Basics one has exceeded my expectations. The bagel function is an absolute game-changer – it toasts my bagels perfectly every time, just the way I like them.

The six browning settings are also a nice touch; it's taken some trial and error to find my perfect shade, but now I can enjoy toast that's consistently golden brown. My only minor critique is that the crumb tray could be a bit wider for easier cleaning, but that's a small price to pay for such a great product at an affordable price.
