Our Experience

I wasn't expecting much at this price point, but the Amazon Basics pet carrier exceeded my expectations. It's sturdy, well-ventilated, and has a generous size that accommodated my 30-pound lab mix comfortably. I liked how it opened from both ends; it made loading and unloading my wriggly pup a breeze. The plastic trays are easy to clean too, which was a godsend after our muddy hikes.

My only minor critique is the handle's padding. After a week of carrying it around, I noticed some discomfort on my shoulder. It's not a deal-breaker, but perhaps Amazon could add a bit more cushion there for longer journeys. Overall, though, this carrier offers excellent value for money. I've used more expensive ones that didn't perform as well.
