Upgraded from my old foam earplugs to these 3M Ear Plugs and it's been a game-changer! I love how easy they are to insert, even with my glasses on – no more awkward fumbling. The neon color makes them super visible too, so no worrying about losing one in the couch cushions. Plus, they've got great noise reduction, even during my late-night coding sessions when my roommate's snoring kicks into high gear.

One minor critique though: while they're comfy for long periods, I did notice a slight earwax buildup after wearing them daily for almost a month. It wasn't a deal-breaker, but it was enough to remind me to clean my ears regularly. Other than that, these puppies are my new go-to for peace and quiet in my open-floor-plan apartment.
