Upgraded from my old industrial earplugs to these 3M E-A-Rsoft Grippers and I've been pleasantly surprised. The noise reduction rating of 31 is top-notch, cutting down drilling noises significantly more than my previous pair – it's like going from a mower's roar to a whisper. They're comfy too, with that soft foam that expands gently into your ear. Only minor gripe? The cord could be a tad longer; I've found myself unplugging them occasionally just to adjust the length behind my neck. Overall though, these bad boys have been worth the upgrade – they're like mini noise-canceling headphones for your ears!
