Our Experience

Makes short work of chopping herbs; quickly cut right over salad (or whatever). Best if herbs are dry. Use the included tool to clear the blades. Glad to have handy in utensil drawer!
I really only cut Parsley and Scallons. The Parsley chops easily with my regular kitchen shears. The Scallions are easier using a parking knife. It's just one thing too many in a teeny kitchen with only 2 small drawers. What was I thinking!

Love these scissors - they work better than trying to chop cilantro or basil with a knife. Just be careful when drying them by hand, as they are very sharp. We’ve bought them as gifts and all of the recipients agree.
